Our privacy obligations

This Privacy Policy is a statement of principles and guidelines concerning the protection of Personal Information of our clients, service providers and other individuals ("you"). This Privacy Policy applies to any Personal Information that we collect, use, and disclose (collectively “process”) about you, including through the websites and mobile applications that are owned and/or operated by Unimmigrate and through telephone, written, and in-person interactions. Unimmigrate' Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected and/or held by Freelancer. This Privacy Policy also explains how we process 'personal data' about people in the European Union (EU), as required under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our products, services, and websites are not intended or directed toward children under the age of sixteen. No one under the age of 16 may use our products or services, or give any Personal Information through our websites. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from minors under the age of sixteen.
